OUR STORY
If the mother of invention is necessity, its father is frustration. KTFG was founded in 2015 when two young professionals living in a college town grew frustrated by the poor quality, race-to-the-bottom service offered by their condo association’s property manager and a lack of local alternatives. KTFG’s founders are determined to provide clients with first-rate, race-to-the-top property management services.
